Subject: Antique Master Print, titled: 'Vivant Denon.' - Portrait of the artist Domenique Vivant Denon. Dominique Vivant, Baron de Denon (1747-1825) was a French artist, diplomat and archeologist. He perfected his etching and mezzotint engraving while posted in Naples as diplomat until 1787. Vivant Denon was also one of the early lithographers in France.
Condition: Very good, given age. Ample margins. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

Artists and Engravers: Made by 'F. le Villain' after an anonymous artist. Published by Villain in Paris.
