Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Author: Mien Harmsen' after 'Dick Elffers'. Author: Mien Harmsen (1915-2000). Mien was Dick Elffers' second wife, with whom she married in 1954. Dick Elffers (1910-1990) was a Dutch (graphic) artist. He was active as illustrator, painter, book binding designer, sculptor, ceramist and photographer.
