Subject: Antique print, titled: 'Plan de la Petite Rade d'Ostende.' - A detailed map/sea chart of the coast near Ostend (Oostende, Ostende) on the Belgian coast. Villages and fortifications along the coast are shown, as are outlines of dunes. Detailed depth soundings detail routes into the harbour.

Condition: Good, given age. Original middle fold, as issued. Some browning/foxing in the margin edges. Some offsetting in the image area (where the map was folded on itself). Creasing in the top edge of the sheet, left and right of the middle fold. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

Medium: Engraving on hand laid paper. Watermark: Rives.
