step 1: BEFORE YOU ORDER Our prices do include sales tax (if applicable). After going through our listings, make your list of items to order. Write down the item # , the item title and price (in euro). Decide how you would like to pay for the items and in which currency (€ or $). Currently we accept checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or any credit card payment through PAYPAL (see Additional Information). step 2: ORDERING By Email: The most secure and fastest way is ordering by e-mail. The access code from the U.S. to the Netherlands is 011-31 to germany 011-49. Please have your order info ready when you call. You can call us between 8:30 AM and 10:00 PM Greenwich time Monday through Friday. We will process your order within 24 hours. step 3: WAIT FOR OUR INSTRUCTIONS Depending on your ordering method and preferred method of communication, we will get you the necessary information, confirm the availability of the items, the price, shipping fees and payment instructions. Although our prices are in euro, we are more than happy to bill you in dollars at current exchange rates. Our standard practice is to respond to your request within 48 hours. step 4: SEND YOUR PAYMENT AND WAIT FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED PAYPAL gets processsed really fast, because we get notifief of your payment immediately. Other methods vary. Keep in mind that if you send us a personal check, it will have to be processed by our bank first. step 5: RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT Orders within Europe typically take 7 days to deliver, orders outside Europe 10 days.

PAYPAL Currently we only accept VISA / AMEX / MASTERCARD through PAYPAL. PAYPAL is used by the largest auction website in the world: EBAY. It offers advanced security, service and guarantees for its customers. Even if we could accept credit cards directly, it would probably be in your interest to use PAYPAL. In short, PAYPAL works like this:

You register with PAYPAL. Your email address becomes your registration name. You choose a password.
You then register your bank account(s) and credit card(s) with PAYPAL. Initially, your payments are limited. You pay a small fee.
Your fee will be reimbursed and your limits raised after you confirm your account with a code. This code is on your bank statement after you pay the small fee.
Now you are fully up to speed. When you make payments the seller is notified immediately.
If the amount is correct, the seller accepts your payment (or denies your payment if not correct) and your order can be shipped.
You can also receive payments yourself. You can make deposits to and withdraw funds from your PAYPAL account into your own bank account.

If you are not familiar with PAYPAL you need to check it out. We’ve used PAYPAL ourselves for numerous transactions acting as a buyer and have had no bad experiences. PAYPAL is set up to accept payments including credit cards and bank transfers WITHOUT ANY FEES TO THE BUYER. You register with PAYPAL USA or PAYPAL EUROPE depending on your home address. As a regular bank PAYPAL will charge a small exchange fee if currencies have to be exchanged. It is possible to avoid exchange fees if you match the credit card currency with the billing currency.
