Condition: Good, given age. Both volumes with worn outer corners. Some dampstaining in the margins of the final 50 pages of volume 2. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
Medium: 2 engraved plates by Reinier Vinkeles in each volume. Identical engraved vignettes on the title pages. on Contemporary uniform half calf over marbled boards, with morocco title shields. paper.
