Condition: Good, given age. Front hinge broken. Rear hinge starting but intact. Book block generally clean, some scattered foxing. Spine rubbed, lower corners bumped. Some scuffmarks on the boards.

Bewick is seen as the man who started the great production of woodengraving in the 19th. century.
