Description: Published by Delpech in Paris. Francois Seraphin Delpech (1778-1825) was a French lithographer known for his portraits of personages of the Revolution and First Empire. At the beginning of the 19th-century, Delpech (1778-1825) ran the most popular lithographic print shop in Paris.
