Subject: Antique print, untitled. Christmas and New Year''s greeting card showing the colours of the 9th (Queen''s Royal) Lancers. Probably during or before the Great War, as the banner shows South Africa as the last engagement. The card is signed in ink. A small ribbon in the regimental colours ties the (folded) card into a cover with embossed regimental emblem.
Condition: Very good, given age. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
Medium: Rasterised colour print on wove (vellin) paper.
