Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Balthasar Bernaerts' after 'Jan Goeree'. Balthasar Bernaerts (active 1720-1740) worked in Amsterdam. He was a pupil of Bernard Picart. Jan Goeree (1670-1731) was a Dutch draughtsman and engraver from Middelburg. He was a pupil of Gerard de Lairesse.
