Artists and Engravers: Made by 'James Hopwood the Younger' after 'Baron Francois Gerard'. James Hopwood the Younger (active 1795-1849) worked as a painter and engraver. Het later worked in Paris. Baron Francois Gerard (1770-1837) was a pupil of David. He worked as aneoclassical painter.
