Condition: Good, given age. Top right of the sheet quite dampstained. Margins cropped close to the platemark. Faint staining in the image area. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Vincent van der Vinne Jr.' after 'Adriaan Spinneker'. Most of the refined plates are by painter and etcher Vincent van der Vinne Jr (1686-1742), although J.C. Philips is given as the etcher of 4 plates in the second part of this book. The author of this work is Adriaan Spinniker (Groningen 1676-1754 Haarlem). He was a preacher with the doopsgezinde gemeente in Amsterdam. He is known for his poetry.
