This allegorical plate shows two angels lifting the veil from the Ark of the Covenant, as well as a seated figure drawing the text onto a stone tablet. The Tabernacle can be seen in the background.

Condition: Very good given age, some general age-related toning, right margin tight. Please study scan carefully.

Medium: Copperplate etching/engraving on a verge type paper.
